This page is to show you some of the things that we have used or seen in our many years of traveling that would be of interest to rvers. These items will be things that would make great gifts for someone using an rv for pleasure or workamping. [mailerlite_form form_id=
The first item that we would like to showcase is something that we did not have for the first few years we were traveling in an rv. A gps, but not just any gps, this one is made for someone in an RV. This gps will base your travel plans that it gives you based on the type, size and weight of your motorhome. You input all of your measurements and it will direct you to drive on roads that are safe for the size and type of rv you are traveling in. After we first got ours it was a blessing to know that we were not going to be traveling down a road that had a low or narrow bridge. If you would like more info on this especially made for rv’s gps just click on the link here and check it out. There are others out there and you could do an rv gps comparison. I personally did a check on reviews of the different ones out there and in my opinion this is the best option for the money.
One of our products to recommend is an outdoor oven and stove top. With this you can go boondocking and still be able to cook any meal you would want just as if you were at a home. It is made to be portable used outdoors. A really neat product. Click this link for more info: http://
Most rvers still want to have television when they are traveling. When we started we had Direct TV. It was good at the time but every campground we stopped at we had to get the antenna out, assemble it and then spend time trying to aim it correctly to get all of the channels. Then call them and try to get the local channels added. Then a few years later Dish tv came out with something called a tailgater. It is a small round globe, a little bit bigger than a basketball, flat on the bottom that has a self contained antenna. When you want to watch tv you just connect your receiver to the antenna cable, set the antenna anywhere you want and the receiver automatically finds the satellites and you are watching tv. The best thing beyond how simple it is is that there are no monthly contracts to join, you can start and stop it whenever you want. And when you buy the Tailgater antenna right now they are giving you a free receiver with it so there is no monthly charges to rent a receiver. Here is the link to the one found for the cheapest price. We use ours everyday and highly recommend it.
Even rvers like to decorate their rv’s. There is a website that has custom made wreaths. These wreaths are beautiful and can be custom ordered to have what ever you would want to put in your rv. To check out the wreaths that are all ready made just follow this link. And remember that you can special order any type that you might want.
This review is for something that I think every RV’er should have in their rig. A cb radio. How many times have you been on a road trip and all of a sudden there is traffic backed up for miles and you want to know what is going on. With a cb radio you can talk to the truckers on the road and find out what is going on and how long you will be tied up in traffic. Also with the cb radio we are showing you here, it also has NOAA weather radio built in so that you have access to local weather reports where ever you are. This radio is a Cobra brand and they have been around for a very long time and have an excellent reputation as a great radio.
This review is for a wonderful item that every rv’er can use. We bought 2 of these for ourselves and love them. They are zero gravity chairs. These chairs are super comfortable, when you recline in them it is like you are just floating on air. They have a head cushion that you can take off if you don’t want a support under your head. These chairs fold up pretty compact and did not have any trouble putting them in the under side storage area. We really liked ours and think anyone that buys them will too. Another great thing is that the price is for a pair of chairs, not just one. Click on the picture to take a look at them.
